Chocolate Brownie Cookie

Everyone should know how to make a cookie. Have you seen what they charge for Oreos?! Now I don’t necessarily wish to take issue with that iconic cookie, it definitely has its place but to buy Oatmeal or Chocolate Chip Cookies when they are so easy and economical to whip up? Tsk.

I used to make up a batch when I came home from school at lunchtime when I was 12, that’s how easy it is! And you don’t really need any “special” ingredients, you probably have everything you need right now.

Feeling a bit peckish for a chocolate fix I made up some of these cookies rather than falling back on my usual Chocolate Chip Cookies. They satisfied my craving with tons of chocolate with the pecans rounding out the richness of these little morsels of sweetness. I am still on a quest for THE BEST Brownie Cookie, but these are pretty darn close ~
